Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SpamAxe (the "Service"), including the website at spamaxe.com and the application at app.spamaxe.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by LXB Studio LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("we," "us," "our").

Description of Service

SpamAxe is a negative SEO defense platform that analyzes backlink data you provide, classifies domains using automated detection signals, and generates formatted reports including Google Disavow files, abuse reports, and data exports. The Service is a tool that assists your judgment — it does not act autonomously on your behalf.

Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

Data you upload. You represent that you have the right to upload and process any backlink data you provide to SpamAxe. You are responsible for ensuring that the data you upload is from your own Google Search Console account or that you have authorization from the site owner to analyze their backlink profile.

Classifications you approve. SpamAxe generates automated classifications (spam, suspicious, clean) as recommendations. You are required to review and approve every classification before any exports are generated. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the classifications you approve.

Reports you submit. SpamAxe generates abuse reports and disavow files that you download. You decide whether, when, and to whom to submit those reports. We do not submit reports on your behalf. You are solely responsible for any abuse reports you send to hosting providers, domain registrars, or search engines, and for any consequences that result from those submissions.

Your account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LXB Studio LLC, its owner, members, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

(a) Your use of the Service, including any backlink data you upload, classifications you approve, and reports you generate or submit to third parties.

(b) Any abuse reports you submit to hosting providers, domain registrars, TLD registries, search engines, or any other third party based on data or reports generated by SpamAxe.

(c) Any claim by a third party that an abuse report you submitted was inaccurate, defamatory, fraudulent, or otherwise caused harm to that third party or their business.

(d) Your violation of these Terms of Service or any applicable law or regulation.

(e) Your violation of any third party's rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights.

This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account and these Terms of Service.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LXB STUDIO LLC AND ITS OWNER, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that:

The detection engine will correctly classify every domain. No automated system is perfect, which is why SpamAxe requires you to manually review and approve every classification.

Abuse reports generated by the Service will result in any action by hosting providers, registrars, or other third parties. Response to abuse reports is entirely at the discretion of the receiving party.

Google Disavow files will result in any specific change to your search engine rankings. Search engine algorithms are controlled by their respective operators.

The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SpamAxe to:

Submit fraudulent or knowingly false abuse reports to any third party. Target legitimate websites or businesses with baseless abuse complaints. Upload data you do not have authorization to process. Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the detection engine algorithms. Automate access to the Service through bots, scrapers, or API calls not authorized by us. Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute SpamAxe outputs without our written consent. Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

Shared Threat Intelligence

When you confirm domain classifications in SpamAxe, those classifications contribute to a shared threat intelligence database used across the platform. By using the Service, you consent to this aggregation. Shared threat data contains domain-level information only and does not include any personally identifiable information about you or the sites you manage. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Beta Service

SpamAxe is currently offered as a beta service. Features, functionality, pricing, and availability may change at any time without notice. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at our sole discretion. During the beta period, the Service is provided free of charge. Future pricing changes will be communicated in advance and will not be applied retroactively to existing usage.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, submission of fraudulent abuse reports, abuse of the platform, or any conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users or third parties. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of SpamAxe after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
